Description

Thetis, named for the granddaughter of Gaia, is one of the 50 sea nymphs in ancient Greek mythology. The nymphs symbolized everything beautiful and kind about the sea. Handcrafted with magnificent fresh pearls, Moroccan Shell Chunk Beads, natural shell heishi beads. Finished with a removable charm of shells, Smoky Topaz, an artisan starfish charm, and baroque freshwater pearls.

Description

The Wisdom necklace is a VERY grown-up version of the jewelry I made as a little girl. Half large freshwater pearls and half Rock Hugger Shells. The shells have been smoothed and polished. This piece embodies a Madeleine Lou standard – "bold and feminine ." A bit longer than a choker, wear it to reveal half pearls/half-shells. With a simple turn, it can be pearls or shells. Making me a perfect go-to. INSIDER TIP – Shells are hollow, making this dramatic piece incredibly light.
