Each and every design created by Madeleine Lou has been expertly handcrafted using on the finest semiprecious gemstones, vintage and one of a kind elements and charms and the highest quality 14K gold plating. All our bespoke and signature collections pieces are exclusively made in the US. 

If a Style is Currently Out of Stock What Can I Do?

No worries! Should you find there is a particular Madeleline Lou design not currently in stock, simply enter your email where prompted on any product page and we'll notify you via email the moment that item is available for purchase. Please note; Bespoke jewelry has been crafted as 'one of a kind' and not be identically reproduced. Message us on our Customer Service page is there is a bespoke design you would like to inquire about possibly being recreated on a special order basis. 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Easily; just login into 'Track My Order' and follow the simple instructions on that page. 

I Forgot My Password; How Do I Login?

To reset your www.madeleineloujewelry.com visit the 'My Account' page to change your password. Simply enter your email address under "sign in". You will then select "forgot password" to receive the password reset link.

My Order Status Says 'Delivered' But I Haven't Received It; What Can I Do?

Madeleine Lou Jewelry will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangements to receive your package. Madeleine Lou Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service office immediately and submit your concern in the form provided to file a lost package claim. 

Do You Offer Promotions and Discount Codes?

Madeleine Lou will from time to time notify our customers of a special, limited time promotion or discount available for any online sale. Unless otherwise specified, discount codes can not be combined with any other promotion, special offer or e-card. Promotional codes may be limited to specific styles and price points. These discount codes may have a limited time use or, expiration date and must be redeemed within a Madeleine Lou Jewelry online account.

I Was Approved for a Credit with My Return; How is That Done?

Store credits are offered to those customers who have been pre-approved so those individuals will be given a unique code via email that can be used on the Madeleine Lou Jewelry website. These are only redeemable online and not with any of our retail partners, at a local popup shop, private trunk show or special event. Store credit codes are redeemable at the time of checkout and customers can enter their unique code in the area marked 'apply code' when ready to complete your transaction.
