We realize though that sometimes things can happen or you might change your mind, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Madeleine Lou Jewelry purchase, we do allow returns and exchanges on most of our jewelry items.
Currently Madeleine Lou offers free returns or a merchandise exchange within 21 days of purchase. This offer is for any items within our collection, excluding items with a .99 cent price point, special orders or custom designs. We are pleased to arrange an e-card, online only store credit, for any item of equal value, or a full refund upon approval to the original payment method.
To be Eligible for a Return and Refund:
•All items must be in new, unworn, 100% unused condition.
•Item(s) must be in the original packaging jewelry box or pouch and all tags attached.
•Returning items will need to have your packing slip sent with your order enclosed.
•Discounted / sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
•As stated, any special order or custom design is not eligible for return or exchange.
•Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Once we have received your item, our customer service department will inspect your package and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund once we determine for approval via email.
Should your return request be approved, our team will process your refund to your credit card or PayPal depending on your original method of purchase. If your item was paid for through the Affirm financing program, you will be contacted by Affirm regarding the credit to your account.
Customers typically receive the purchase credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return or Exchange Request Process
•Submit your request in the form provided and be sure to include your email address and order number related to your return.
•List the product(s) you would like considered for your request.
•Submit your request with a photo if your item was damaged in shipping or delivery.
•Please submit your information in the form provided and someone with our Madeleine Lou Jewelry customer service will be in touch right away.
If approved Madeleine Lou will contact you via email with a prepaid, return shipping label which you can print and adhere to the box with your item(s).
