Orders processed on the Madeleine Lou Jewelry website are shipped from our Florida warehouse using standard domestic ground carriers. Please allow for delivery of all orders to be sent within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Madeleine Lou is closed weekends and all US holidays so any order placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
Once a customer's order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse we are no longer responsible for those goods shipped and in transit. Please check with your local postal carrier or shipping fulfillment should you experience problems during shipping. Your email notification will contain all tracking information.
Please note; due to the COVID-19 crisis some carriers are experiencing higher than average delivery times. We recommend allowing an additional 2-3 business days for your Madeleine Lou Jewelry order to arrive.
