I'm not a believer in New Year's resolutions. I'm a work in progress. I'm always trying to be intentional. Be present. Be kind. Be gracious. Appreciate the little things. I am grateful for the healing power of art. I find creating my jewelry meditative, and I am thankful for that gift. In my studies, I've become intrigued about the ancient forms of medicine. Borrowing from Hinduism and Buddhism, many believe Gemstones have healing qualities. 2020 was a painful year, and believer or not - we all need self-care positive energy and to Heal.
